يدير لمبة المطوّر علي شرحبيل عبدالله النجداوي، من الأردن ("نحن"). باستخدامك لمبة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
يربط لمبة الزبائن بالمتاجر ومقدّمي الخدمات المحليين. لا يبيع لمبة منتجات، وليس طرفاً في أي عملية بيع بين الزبائن والمتاجر.
لا يجوز عرض ما يلي على لمبة: التبغ ومنتجات النيكوتين (بما في ذلك السجائر الإلكترونية ومنتجات الأرجيلة)، والكحول، والمخدرات (بما في ذلك الأدوية التي تُصرف بوصفة طبية)، والأسلحة والذخيرة والألعاب النارية، وأي شيء آخر مخالف للقانون في الأردن. يجوز لنا مراجعة المنتجات أو إخفاؤها أو إزالتها، وإيقاف الحسابات المخالفة.
لا تنشر محتوى مسيئاً أو مضلّلاً أو مخالفاً للقانون، ولا تستخدم لمبة للاحتيال أو الإزعاج، ولا تجمع بيانات المستخدمين الآخرين. يمكن لأي شخص الإبلاغ عن منتج، ونراجع البلاغات ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب وفق تقديرنا.
المعلومات عن المنتجات والأسعار والتوفّر مصدرها المتاجر، ولا نضمن دقتها. يُقدَّم لمبة "كما هو"، وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية المعاملات بين الزبائن والمتاجر.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق. ويجوز لنا إيقاف أو إزالة الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري. استمرارك في استخدام لمبة بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

Lamba is operated by Ali Sharhabeel Abdallah Al-Najdawi, an individual developer based in Jordan ("we"). By using Lamba, you agree to these terms.
Lamba connects customers with local stores and service providers. Lamba does not sell products and is not a party to any sale between customers and stores.
The following may not be listed on Lamba: tobacco and nicotine products (including vapes and hookah products), alcohol, drugs (including prescription-only medicines), weapons, ammunition and fireworks, and anything else that is illegal in Jordan. We may review, hide or remove listings, and suspend accounts that break this rule.
Do not post offensive, misleading or illegal content, use Lamba for fraud or spam, or collect other users' data. Anyone can report a listing; we review reports and act at our discretion.
Information about products, prices and availability comes from stores, and we do not guarantee it. Lamba is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for transactions between customers and stores.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms and will let you know in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use Lamba after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
